What the forms ask for
The booking form asks for your name, phone number, email, the service address, what the door needs and when suits you. The free-estimate form asks for your name, phone, email, service address, what you need, and whether you'd rather be called or emailed back. The invoice lookup asks for the invoice number and the phone number or email address on the invoice — those two are used only to find that invoice, so only you can pull it up.
If you email us, we work from the messages you send.
Where it goes
Everything you send through this website goes to E.L Garage Door & More. It's stored in the business's own customer records — the workspace the business runs on, on the TishTush platform — and it's used to arrange your visit or your estimate and to follow up the way you asked: a call or an email, your choice on the form.
When you call or email
When you call (828) 575-4543 or email connect@garagedoorel.com, we take the details of your request so we can arrange your visit. What you tell us is used to answer you and to send a technician — nothing else.
What we don't do
Your details are never sold. This website runs no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts — the only program it loads is the chat widget.
